LifeShield Shipping Policy

Last updated: June 6, 2024

We work hard to ship every LifeShield medical alert system quickly and reliably. The details below outline how and when your order leaves our facility, what it costs (spoiler: shipping is on us), and what to do if you ever need help with delivery.

1) Shipping Coverage

Standard shipping is available to all 50 U.S. states, Washington D.C., Puerto Rico, Guam, and U.S. Virgin Islands. We can ship to residential and business addresses as well as P.O. boxes served by the United States Postal Service (USPS).

2) Processing Time

3) Shipping Methods & Costs

LifeShield covers 100% of outbound shipping costs. We use USPS Ground Advantage® or a comparable standard USPS service for all orders. Estimated delivery is 3–7 business days after the carrier receives the package, depending on your location.

4) Order Tracking

5) Delivery Issues & Address Corrections

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If an error is discovered after the order is placed, contact us immediately. We will attempt to update USPS before the package is in transit. Packages returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address will be reshipped at no cost once we confirm the corrected address with you.

6) Damaged, Lost, or Late Shipments

7) International Shipping

At this time we ship only to U.S. territories listed above. We do not offer international shipping outside of USPS service areas.

8) Returns & Exchanges

If you need to return equipment or cancel service, please review our Refund Policy and Cancellations Policy. When we request equipment to be sent back, we will provide a prepaid return label so you never pay for return shipping.

9) Need Help?

Our care specialists are available 24/7 to answer shipping questions or resolve delivery issues. Call us at (833) 652-9317 or email contact@lifeshieldmedicalalerts.com.
