How to cancel

For security, cancellation requests must be handled over the phone. Call us at (833) 652-9317 to speak with our team, who can confirm your account and schedule the service shutdown.

Returning your device

Upon cancellation, you must return all LifeShield equipment in good working condition within 30 days. If the device is not returned or is returned damaged beyond ordinary wear and tear, a $400.00 non-return fee will be charged to the payment method on file.
