Refund Policy

LifeShieldMedical, LLC provides life-safety products and monitoring services that require advance planning and immediate provisioning. Because of the nature of these offerings, all purchases made through LifeShield are considered final at the time of sale.
We do not provide refunds, prorated credits, charge reversals, or returns for any reason, including but not limited to a change of mind, lack of use, or dissatisfaction with the device, subscription, or accompanying services. Once an order is placed and payment is processed, the full amount is due and payable.
Subscription Commitments
Service plans are billed in advance for the selected term. Canceling a plan ends future renewals, but does not entitle you to a refund of any portion of payments already collected.
Equipment Return Requirement
Upon cancellation of your service, you must return all LifeShield equipment in good working condition (ordinary wear and tear excepted) within thirty (30) days. If you do not return the equipment within the required timeframe, or if the equipment is returned damaged beyond ordinary wear and tear, a non-refundable equipment non-return fee of four hundred dollars ($400.00) will be charged to the payment method on file. This fee represents the reasonable cost to replace unreturned or damaged equipment, together with associated handling and processing costs, and is not a penalty.

Defects or Warranty Issues
If you believe a device is defective, contact our support team. We will troubleshoot and, if warranted, offer replacement under any applicable warranty. Replacement does not alter this no-refund policy.
